Day 15, we rented a car, and drove to Gettysburg. I love the movie Gettysburg and I believed parts of it were filmed here. It is a big battle field! Colonel Chamberlain is one of my favorite characters in the movie and it was really cool seeing where he and his men fought and in the end succeeded in preventing the southern army from flanking them on Little Round Top. He later received the metal of honor for his bravery.
We had a very good tour guide walk us through the Solider's National Cemetery and give us a history on it as well as show us an area Lincoln could have been standing while giving his Gettysburg Address.
Later that night, we had dinner at Top Thai.
