It begins again

Warning: hodgepodge post! (life has been kinda crazy. When is it not?)

Don't you love it how stores sell school supplies so early, like during the summer? We just got out of school! Anyway, summer has flown by and everybody is starting back again.
This year's school year is probably the busiest I have ever had. During the summer, I took ASL 1 online. I loved it so much I decided to keep going and took a refresher course for ASL 1. I am now endeavoring to master this awesome language(:

School Agenda for this year

Math
Chemistry
Government & Economics
ASL 2
Chorus
Academy
Soccer
volunteering

I am so thankful that God allowed me to get into and have all these classes/activities. It is amazing that they all fit into my schedule. There definitely could have been conflicts with the timing of classes. For this school year, I really need to work on time management! Of course, to accomplish this and all that my classes require, it will be impossible to do on my own. "...With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible." Matthew 19:26

So for you students out there, what classes are you most looking forward to?
Here is a verse that I have found myself going to when school and other duties seem to take me down. "Galatians 6:9 "And let us not grow weary of doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we do not give up."
For those of you who are not students, what don't/ do  you miss from your school days?

To conclude, here are two random pictures for you all.
I have been wanting to get a picture of a hummingbird for a long time.
However, my brother had more time get a picture so he took these ones!
Yeah for summer and lots of spare time(:

Tea and Croquet

This past Saturday, my friend Christy hosted a lovely tea and afterward we all played a game of croquet! I really enjoyed spending time with my friends before we all start school again.

Enjoy,

Day 5&6 of San Francisco/ Monterrey/ Carmel Trip

Day 5
I really enjoyed the long walk we took on day five at Point Lobos. Once again, the scenery was beautiful! We saw China Cove, known for its green water and Bird rock. We visited a whaler's shack and had dinner in Carmel. Walking around in Carmel, we enjoyed looking at all the quaint shops!
Day 6
We left Monterrey and on the way back home, at at Frankie and Lola's again.

Enjoy
