ASL: American Sign Language

As some of you may or may not know, I have been taking  a couple ASL classes. Starting the day we left on our San Francisco trip, I had my online ASL 1 class. After I got back, I signed up for a ASL 1  three day refresher class. Now, I am currently taking a one semester ASL 2 class. I have really  loved learning the vocab and interacting with my professors and classmates. ASL is such a unique language which is why I enjoy it so much. One thing I have learned is that facial expression is so important. This is a short little video I made up so I could share with you a little of what I am doing.

Soccer games 1&2

So soccer season has started! It's great to get back into it after taking a break for a while. I have awesome coaches and a good team. The last two games we had were very hot and tiring. Quite a few of the girls were missing one game so there was no subs and our goalie played goal keeper even though she had a fever.  Here is a collection of pictures from both games( kinda out of order).
