This week I decided to cook some classics, meaning tried and true recipes that I have used multiple times in the past. Christina and I made Salsa Verde Chicken from Skinny Taste and Nana Rice for dinner. The Salsa Verde recipe is easily made in the crock-pot, and the legit Nana rice, a yummy recipe passed down by Nana, takes 26 min tops. Add a salad and you've got a simple, delicious dinner.
